				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The second Stage of Peel’s Retreat, a boutique land development of 147 lots located in a protected bush land setting above Peel Estuary off the Old Coast Road Mandurah has just been released.</p>
<p>Stage 2A comprised of 26 fully serviced traditional sized lots – all with natural gas, wide frontages and high speed internet service. These lots range in price from $165,000 &#8211; $235,000 and are sized between 703 and 1141 square meters. A select eight lots from Stage 2A were pre-released in February 2014 to strong buyer demand and seven have already been sold.</p>
<p>Titles for Stage 2A are anticipated in late July 2014.</p>
<p>Peel’s Retreat is nestled in a natural bush land setting, with Peel Inlet to the east and the Indian Ocean to the west. The Mandurah CBD is minutes away, and the Estuary is 300 meters away via pedestrian access. Two primary schools and a boat ramp are just around the corner, as well as a newly constructed shopping centre in Dawesville.</p>

Stage 14 is located in the southern most portion of the estate and consists of 25 traditionally sized lots- all of which have a northerly ocean aspect. 				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Four dedicated walking trails have been created within the Oyster Harbour land development in Albany, and are ready to be road tested. These walking trails, developed in conjunction with the Albany Bushwalkers Group, were a result of feedback received from the residents of Oyster Harbour wanting more walking trails within their master planned community.</p>
<p>Two of the walks are within the local streetscapes taking forty minutes, whilst the other two walks take advantage of surrounding bushlands and are expected to take approximately one and a half hours. The walks cater for all levels of fitness and age groups, and all commence from the parkland on Houghton Boulevard within the estate.</p>
<p>Brian Newman Project Director of Oyster Harbour said that ‘our residents have told us that they love Oyster Harbour’s location &#8211; with its proximity to beaches and fishing spots and especially that the estate is so walker friendly’ ‘The estate is surrounded by bushland, contains landscaped parks and has an outlook to the Stirling Ranges – the perfect environment for walking trails’.</p>
<p>Mr Newman further noted that ‘we are planning to formalise these walking trails with a dedicated walking group in the near future, as well as seeking the Heart Foundation’s tick of approval for these activities’.</p>
<p>The creation of these walking trails is part of Oyster Harbour’s community development programme which also includes outdoor movie nights, community barbecues and a newly formed Residents Association. Copies of the maps are also available from the sales office located on located on Flynn Way and Lower Kind Road within the estate.</p>

<p>Ten unique lots in a cul-de sac location within the Oyster Harbour land development in Albany are available for immediate release. These select lots on Dyer Court are levelled and retained, and have an elevated position within the estate. They range in size from 487 – 774m2 and are priced between $140,000 -$165,000.</p>
<p>This is the final area of Stage 2 within Oyster Harbour to be developed and the titles are expected in June 2014. More than 50% of the last land release has already been sold, with very limited blocks remaining in the original releases.</p>
<p>Buyers receive a generous landscaping and fencing incentives, and in addition to the usual amenities, they also enjoy cutting edge urban design principles and the latest telecommunication technology.</p>

<p>A total of 26 lots are in Stage 2a and titles for this stage will be available in July/ August 2014.</p>
<p>Since its initial release of 46 lots, interest in Peel’s Retreat has been strong. Only 4 lots remain in Stage 1 – these lots are priced between $170,000 and $240,000.</p>
